Our History

APX Hotels Group was created in 1995 by Mr. Mike Lai. Under his leadership, the APX team has grown the company’s real estate portfolio to include multi-branded hotel properties, corporate management and administration services as well as commercial retail development.  Currently, APX is responsible for the management of the business operations for its entire portfolio throughout Alberta.

APX Hotels Group is the management and development arm of Greats Holdings Ltd. APX has also been the force behind all the hotel developments from land acquisition to construction. Additionally, APX is responsible for the management of the business operations for its hotel properties, food & beverage establishments and real estate portfolio throughout Alberta.
